A Holistic Approach to High Performance
At Up N Adam, we take a team-based approach to your training and rehabilitation. Our Athletic Strength program is a perfect example of this collaboration, integrating:
Movement screening by our physiotherapists to identify any weaknesses or imbalances
Run- and cycle-specific strength training by Adam to build endurance and prevent injuries
Recovery strategies from Katheryn and the physiotherapists, ensuring muscle health, nervous system regulation, and optimal physical function
Endurance coaching & testing by Lucas, who helps identify heart rate training zones and guides athletes on how to optimally fit strength sessions into their weekly training plans for maximum benefit
Nutritional support from Bec and Belle, ensuring you’re fuelling effectively so that your strength sessions boost performance rather than leaving you depleted
This holistic, multi-disciplinary approach ensures that every aspect of your health and performance is covered, so you can train smarter, recover faster, and perform better.
Likewise, our Youth Academy 8-Week Intensive is a multi-disciplinary initiative that blends strength, mobility, activation, and sport-specific drills to develop young athletes into resilient, high-performing competitors.
