Kate Hamment, an accomplished Physiotherapist with honours from the University of Newcastle, brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal experience to her role at Up N Adam. Her journey began as a patient after an ACL rupture during competitive hockey in 2020. Kate's extensive rehab with Darren, followed by a tailored training program with Adam and Todd, provided her with firsthand insight into effective recovery processes.
Kate is passionate about helping others achieve their rehab goals, inspired by her success in regaining full strength and performance under expert guidance. She emphasises the value of having rehab and training seamlessly integrated under one roof.
In her downtime, Kate enjoys coffee outings, playing hockey, running, spending time with her Groodle Lenny, and Zuu training with the Up N Adam team.
